tbaej's Complete Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the tbaej platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

These terms and conditions have been recently updated. tbaej reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued access to the platform will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Definitions and Introduction

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. tbaej will not be held responsible if you share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately from the tbaej Login page and notify support.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

One person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonus benefits will be cancelled.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tbaej is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally added to your account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Before processing a withdrawal, tbaej may verify your identity. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4.3 Transaction Liability

tbaej is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳6,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are only usable on specific games on tbaej.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
  • tbaej reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is reasonable cause to do so.
  • Promotional offers may change or be cancelled — the latest terms will always follow the information displayed on the platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

tbaej reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets placed at odds displayed outside the approved margin due to a technical error may be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Events

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. The official announcement of the relevant international sports body will be considered final for determining results.

6.3 Fraudulent Activities

Any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, bot use, or other improper activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

7. VIP Program

tbaej has three VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
  • Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. tbaej reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

8. Responsible Gaming

tbaej firmly believes in responsible gaming. We provide players with the following tools:

  • Self-exclusion (account break for a set period)
